The company is managed by persons experienced and trained in finance, trade and service sector. On the top the management team consists of Mr. Tulsi Ram Gyawali, Managing Director, Mr. Him Lal Kapri, Mr. Ram Babu Pant and Mr. Sunil Pant.

Mr. Him Lal Kapri, Chairman of the board of directors of Samsara is a young entrepreneur engaged in export and import trade, shipping, freight forward and garment manufacturing. He is the major partner of the company and is also the owner of Chui-Se Textile Co. Pvt. Ltd., Himalayan Packers and Movers and HLK Pvt. Ltd mainly involved in handicraft export in the USA and Europe. With over 20 years of experience in trading activities, the annual turnover of  the enterprises he owns and operates today is over Rs. 500 million (US$ 6.8 million).  He is a member of Nepal Pashmina Industries Association, Confederation of Nepal Industries, Handicraft Association of Nepal, Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Export Council of Nepal. He has been recently awarded with the CIP (Commercially Important Person) Award by the Industry and Commerce Ministry and Government of Nepal.

With his uncompromising commitments to provide quality products and services, he has earned the unwavering trust of some of the Nepal's US and European trading partners.  With this trust and confidence and his widespread links with the Nepalese Diasporas in Europe, USA and some parts of Asia, he wants to give a new dimension to remittance activities in Nepal as one of the major partner of Samsara Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Tulsi Gyawali the member of the board of directors is the Managing Director of the company. He is a pioneer in providing travel and trekking services. He is intimately connected with the tourism sector of Nepal for the past two decades mainly promoting Nepal as a trekker's destination in the American & European market.  He is also the Managing Director of the Nepal Sanctuary Treks which is involved in promoting adventure treks, mountaineering and cultural tours in Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and some parts of India. He is closely associated with Global Educators, an all American teacher's organization based in River fall, Wisconsin.  He is a member of Trekking Agents Association of Nepal, Nepal Mountaineering Association, Kathmandu Environment Educational Project and Japan Association of Travel Agents.

Both Mr. Kapri and Mr. Gyawali run few orphanages with over 200 destitute children.

   

The other member in our management team consists of Mr. Ram Babu Pant, former Deputy Governor of Nepal's Central Bank. He is one of the senior bankers of Nepal and is at present associated with ICFC (a Finance Company) as the Executive Chairman. Mr. Pant was one of the key architects of the ongoing financial sector reform program of Nepal implemented since 2000 AD. He was one of the leading policy planners accredited with the institutionalization of worker's remittance in Nepal especially from ASEAN and Gulf region. He has widely traveled in Asia, Europe and the North American continent and has a thorough understanding of the modern banking issues. Samsara expects to gain a significant mileage with his extensive contact both within and outside Nepal.

Similarly, Mr. Sunil Pant, our management partner, is a young banker with more that 10 years of experience in commercial banking and term lending institutions. Mr. Pant, a post graduate in business administration, has a thorough knowledge on the banking sector of Nepal and is accredited with the successful establishment and operation of a number of banks and finance companies in Nepal .He has also perfect understanding on the application of various banking software in Nepal and is credited with the implementation of web based banking software ideally suited for the operation of a remittance company.

  

Mr Dipak P. Dhungel an Ohio state university graduate with an experience in rural finance for over forty years assists the management team as a advisor in corporate affairs of the company.

Mr Gyan B. Ghale, a Master Degree holder in Business Studies is our Sr. Manager for Finance and Accounts keeping track of our financial health. He performs different work pertaining to book keeping and financial management.

Mr Saroj K. Powdel, a young graduate in business administration from a premier University of higher education in Nepal, brings freshness and new ideas in the business. His expertise in communication and zeal to work hard is a major asset for the company to achieve its goal of achieving efficient "Pay Now" services. Mr. Powdel serves the company as a Director for Marketing and Business Development
